Order processing

Orders ship within 1-3 business days after payment, Monday to Friday, except holidays. During sales and holidays it can take a little longer.

Shipping and delivery

We ship to the United States. Orders arrive in 8-15 business days.

Shipping is free with the 3-bottle box and on every order of $90 or more. Otherwise shipping is $6.99.

Delivery times are estimates. Carriers, weather and holidays can cause delays we don't control.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. Tracking can take 24-48 hours to update. You can also see your orders in your account.

Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection ($3.95) is optional. If your package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, we send a free replacement. Tell us within 30 days of the expected delivery date.

Your address

Please check your address at checkout. We can't redirect a package once it has shipped. A package returned for a wrong address may need a new shipping fee.
